Ingredients of Jelly-Rabri

  1. You need 1 of Raspberry jelly.
  2. Prepare 1 of Lit milk.
  3. Prepare 2 Tbsp of sugar.
  4. Prepare of Few strands of saffron.
  5. It's of Pistachio to garnish.

Jelly-Rabri step by step

  1. Prepare the jelly as per instructions on the packet. Take stem glasses and set the jelly following the pictures below..
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan pour the milk keep it on high flame. Once it starts boiling reduce the flame to low..
  3. After around 20 min, cream or malai starts forming on the top of milk kept at low flame. Add saffron. Keep moving the cream towards the side of the pan till milk reduces to one fourth of it's original quantity..
  4. Add sugar. Boil for another 2 min and switch of the flame. Empty in a glass bowl..
  5. After the jelly is set in glass and rabri cools, fill the glass in which jelly is set with rabri..
  6. Garnish with pistachios and ENJOY!!!.
