  1. Take a bowl add curd, semolina..
  2. Mix it well and keep a side for 15 min so that semolina can puffed. Add water..
  3. Add salt, garlic powder, garam masala..
  4. Now add chopped Chilli, chopped coriander. Mix it well..
  5. Now add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped Carrot..
  6. Add chopped capsicum, grated cheese, grated patato. Mix all ingredients well into thick batter..
  7. Take a bread on a flat surface. Spread the batter evenly on batter. Now take a pan spread a tsp of oil. Place the bread from one side for toasting as shown in pic..
  8. Once one side is toasted now flap it on another side were the batter is spread. Toast it well..
  9. Cut it into triangle. Sprinkle chat masala..
  10. Served hot with Ketchup..

While growing up we used to have sooji toast in breakfast at least once a week. Sooji/Semolina mixed with variety of veggies of your choice and topped on bread slice makes a great quick healthy snack.
