- Prepare 1 of Lrg. Can corn, drained.
- You need 1 of Lrg. Can green beans, drained.
- Prepare 1 of med. Can diced tomatoes, drained.
- You need 1/2 of med. Onion, chopped (optional).
- You need of Velveeta cheese slices (or block if you prefer cutting your own).
Stir in corn, tomatoes, chiles and olives. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. If the onions are cooking too fast reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the beans, corn, chicken, and salsa to the skillet.
