  17. You need 80 grams of butter.
  18. You need 4 tbsp of full fat milk.

Drain potatoes; mash with milk and butter. Spread over meat mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place pie plate on a foil-lined baking sheet (plate will be full). Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
